Business Development and Marketing
My role at Warriors International has evolved since I started in late 2019. Originally I was brought on to oversee an "esports organization" with bigger aspirations, but we quickly learned that the traditional esports organizational model was unsustainable for business development (in most cases). 
Instead we pivoted to a content focused model where we are currently building an entirely new strategy focused on creating compelling experiences for consumers and competitors. 
My work at Warriors International focused on community development mostly so I was responsible for starting the YouTube Channel, Twitch account, Discord, and Twitter but with a fully bootstrapped team it became evident that to properly support all channels equally it would require a bigger team that would be unsustainable for long-term growth.
